Transition #1
T1 will be located at the south end of the lake. Exit by the volleyball courts at the south entrance of the lake to the street.

Transition #2
T2 is in the same location at Lake Midnapore. Rack your bike and head out on the run!


Event Cut-off Times

Swim 2 km - 9:15 AM
Bike 96 km - 1:00 PM
Run 21.1 km - 5:00 PM

Bike 96 km
The bike course will be a scenic and challenging out and back route going west on Hwy #22X to the Kananaskis Country Information Centre and back. See Map >

Swim 2 km
2 km open water swim. Mass swim start
(2 laps) of Lake Midnapore. Please seed yourself accordingly. Water temperature is 20 degrees Celsius. Wetsuits are recommended. See Map >

Run 21.1 km
A scenic 2 loop course through Lake Midnapore (foot & bike paths) and beautiful Fish Creek Provincial Park (paved & shale paths). A National Heritage Site within the City of Calgary and one of the largest inner city parks in North America. Home to numerous wildlife, deer, beaver and waterfowl.
